Health and well-being are the foundation of academic and personal success. NEOMED offers programs, facilities and services to assist students in pursuing and maintaining holistic health and wellness goals.
Sequoia Wellness
Located in the NEOMED Education and Wellness (NEW) Center, Sequoia Wellness is a 25,000 square-foot facility right in the heart of campus. The wellness facility is complete with:
- a spacious fitness floor
- lap and warm-water therapy pools
- a multi-use basketball court
- free-weight areas
- group exercise classes
- steam rooms, saunas and a whirlpool
Counseling Services
The Center for Student Wellness and Counseling Services provides free and confidential counseling services for stress, depression, sexual assault, time management, suicidal thoughts and a range of other concerns.
Student Health Services
Services and resources addressing primary care, immunizations, health education and wellness promotion are available for students through NEOMED Health Care.
