You can park outside of the main Northeast Ohio Medical University building (map). When entering through the main entrance, look for a sign pointing you to the clinic on the right.
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time.
Your wait time will change depending on how busy the clinic is. We try our best to keep the wait time minimal.
Because it is a student-run free clinic, many students along with an experienced physician will be speaking with you. This means your visit will last longer, probably about an hour.
If possible, a medication list or any other important medical information can be helpful.
We will try our best to treat your problem. If we cannot fully treat it, we will work with you to find ways for you to manage it so that you can still function as best as possible.
Yes! We can prescribe medications and provide education on chronic conditions. We also provide counseling and follow-up visits to help you manage your disease in the short and long term.
