Face Covering Fundraiser for NEOMED’s Student-Run Free Clinic

COVID-19 cloth face coverings made and donated by a generous Northeast Ohio resident are now being sold at Rootstown Community Pharmacy to support NEOMED’s Student-Run Free Clinic. As shown in the photo, NEOMED President John T. Langell, M.D., Ph.D., M.P.H., M.B.A., has been wearing one such covering, made especially for him to honor his service in the U.S. Air Force.

The suggested donation is $5 or $10 per covering. All proceeds will benefit the Student-Run Free Clinic, which is based in a medical office space in the NEOMED Education and Wellness (NEW) Center.

The Student-Run Free Clinic is run by NEOMED medical and pharmacy students, who are dedicated to providing high quality, non-emergent, no-cost health care to the medically underserved residents of Northeast Ohio. Call 330.552.7080 or email clinic@outreachneo.org for information.
