NEOvations Pharmacy Services, a clinical initiative of NEOMED, has appointments available for COVID-19 vaccine and booster shots. The clinic is located on the second floor of the University’s NEW Center (see map). Appointments must be made online using the secure form.

Currently, appointments are available Friday, Jan. 7, 1-3 p.m. (Pfizer), and Jan. 10, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Moderna). Additional dates and times may be added.

There is no cost for the vaccines and booster shots, though individuals must bring their insurance card as well their vaccine card, if applicable, to their appointment. Those without insurance can provide their Social Security number.
