PI Session
Faculty have an opportunity to become familiar with the logistics, technology, and facilitation of peer instruction (PI) using their own PI questions. During the PI practice session, faculty participants work with faculty development to:
- Manage the delivery of a PI question
- Practice transitions of a PI session
To prepare faculty for their own PI session, the following summary outlines an approach to planning and aligning peer instruction questions for a session, highlights best practices for communication, and provides pointers on the PI question and teaching slides.
